Supercop

One of Jackie Chan's best Hong Kong films, imported and re-titled for the USA. This was in the period after the success of Rumble In The Bronx, when Miramax's Dimension Films released a slew of Chan's Hong Kong films in America. Supercop was released in Hong Kong in 1993 as Police Story 3: Super Cop
The dubbing is a bit tedious, and it starts slow. Give it 20 minutes to get going. Michelle Yeoh is Chan's boss in the movie, and she gives him a run for his money! Everyone does their own stunts, including the famous moment near the end, when Yeoh rides a motorcycle onto the top of a moving train with no wires. (Maine Mall Cinema)
